|Exhibitor Checks and Thank You's|
|We have had some questions from new exhibitors as to when they will receive their checks. Here is how the process works.....The first or second week of May you will receive a ledger that list your sale buyers and/or add-on contributors with their addresses. If you had an item in the sale, you will also receive your pictures from the sale. Your ledger will include a detailed letter of instructions on what you need to do in order to be able to receive your check. This will include delivering your buyer pictures and writing thank you notes to all of your supporters. The letter will also specify dates and location of where you can drop off your thank you's and other correspondence in order to have your checked released to you. If the association has received enough money from the buyers to issue all of the exhibitor checks, you will be able to pick up your checks when your items are dropped off. If not, they will be mailed to the exhibitor. Hope this clarifies the process! There is a lot that goes into exhibitor checks and we thank all of our volunteers for their efforts in coordinating this process!|
