ONLINE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS. ALL PROJECTS MUST BE ENTERED ONLINE – No paper entries will be accepted.  ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE DONE ONLINE or PAID AT THE IN PERSON HELP SESSION during the dates set by the board.

THIS ONLY TAKES THE PLACE OF THE ENTRY FORM & PAYMENT!
YOU MUST STILL ATTEND THE VALIDATION DATE SET FOR YOUR SPECIES / PROJECT APPROVAL NIGHT for FCS and Ag Mech. See below for more information.

Follow steps below.

  1. Select the Sign In button at the top right of the page.
  2. To register, choose login type: I am a –> Exhibitor

Enter the First and Last Name of the participant you are entering. Choose, new exhibitor or previously registered this year.  Please note that unless an exhibitor has already registered this year, they will be a new exhibitor. We do not carry over any exhibitors from last year.  CLICK CONTINUE.

  1. Create a password and complete the information required (indicated by a blue *) CLICK CONTINUE – CONFIRM REGISTRATION INFORMATION – CLICK CONTINUE

NOTES:  spell out city name fully – example: College Station (not CS)  STATE:  TX     DATE OF BIRTH: mm/dd/yyyy

If you have multiple members in your family, you will need to have a separate account for each member, or you can use the Quick Group option.

  1. CONFIRM REGISTRATION INFORMATION – CLICK CONTINUE
  2. Begin recording entry information.  Choose the Department, Division and Class of each entry & Club information show this project under, then fill in the blanks with the necessary information.
  3. CLICK Add Entry to Cart. Use the + or – to adjust the # of entries – REPEAT THIS PROCESS TO ENTER ALL PROJECTS USING THE ENTRY DATES PROVIDED BELOW – After adding all entries CLICK CONTINUE.
  4. CHOOSE THE TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP FEE (YOUTH MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED FOR EACH EXHIBITOR TO SHOW A PROJECT) ADULT MEMBERSHIPS ARE OPTIONAL (each membership paid = 1 vote at annual board meeting) – CLICK CONTINUE.
  5. REVIEW your entries and additional items for accuracy. Before checking out, you may add more entries or save this cart and log in to add more entries later. Note that your cart and login information are not saved until you click Save This Cart.

 

***YOU MUST CHECK OUT AND SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT FOR YOUR ENTRIES TO BE SAVED INTO OUR SYSTEM*** Your entries will not be saved until you do this step. You will see “Submission Successful” screen when your cart has been successfully submitted. There is no cost for submitting your cart. Please print or save confirmation for your reference.

STEPS TO ENTER PROJECTS

Visit BCYLS Rulebook for the dates in the rulebook on page 26 & 27 for General Rules and Regulations  OR visit https://brazos.agrilife.org look for the Calendar or 4-H Newsletter.
STEP 1:  Order Ear Tags (steers, commercial steers, lambs, goats, barrows), Order Broilers & Turkeys by Deadline. Contact the Brazos County Ag Extension Office, 4-H Adult Leader, or your FFA Ag Advisor to confirm due dates.
STEP 2:  Attend the appropriate Validation Date for your project set by the BCYLA Board (page 27).
STEP 3:  SUBMIT ONLINE ENTRIES  by PROJECT DEADLINE
FCS Project Form – An FCS project form for each Baked and Canned good is due at validation. An FCS project form is due at check-in for the following: Baked and Canned goods, Sewing, Arts & Crafts,  Woodworking/Metalworking. Project forms are not needed for Photography or Horticulture entries. See requirements for these projects in the BCYLS Rulebook beginning on page 64.
Please bring this new form as your check-off sheet at FCS Validation Night on January 28th. The 2020 FCS Validation Form will be required by all exhibitors entering an FCS project for 2020.

  • In Person Help Session – February 25, 2020 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Brazos County Extension Office
Heifer Project registration is extended as follows:

    • Registration Opens – January 20, 2020
    • Registration Closes – February 1, 2020
